The ELEVATE Hospice & Palliative Care Conference will be held on March 23-26, 2026 at The Westin Charlotte – 601 S College St, Charlotte, NC 28202.

Provider tickets available to hospice or palliative care provider groups, owners and operators. Vendor tickets are for finance, technology, consulting and other roles that do not directly own and/or operate a Hospice or palliative care facility. [community/facility].

If your organization owns or invests in a provider or providers in this space, your firm is classified as a private equity investor. If you wish to get the provider pricing, you would need to use that organization’s email system/domain to register for the ticket to qualify as a provider. No exceptions.

Out hotel room block is now closed.

• Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.

• Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.

• Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email events@wtwhmedia.com for more information.

• In the event that WTWH must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future WTWH event, at WTWH’s discretion.

A ticket to the Elevate Conference includes access to all sessions, breakfast, refreshments, lunch, coat / bag check, and a networking reception.
